Cell C is a big disappointment... no customer value

Zero star for this company. Their service is bad, you are kept on hold for more than 15 minutes before you get help, especially from their Retention Department. They never resolve customer queries or respond to them.

I tried to upgrade my contract but did not get what i was promised by the consultant and no deliveries were made on the said date. It took me two days to get hold if them, but i still did not get help. Thank you to Denies who tried his best to get hold of the retentions department and even emailed them.

I believe this will be my last contact with CellC. I do not wish to do business with them in the future and hope i will never had to. There’s nothing worse than paying for a bad service and wrong product...
