Then I received the above feedback that the settlement amount is R1214 46 excluding the current premium.

Then on the 18th of April I made a payment of R1215. 00 then I rep**** to the email I received from Cell C dated 14 April 2025 stating that I'm settling the contract on number *** then then current premium will go off on the 23/04/2025 as 23rd of each month is my debit order date then can close the contract.

When I call them today they are telling a bull**** that I need to pay another R2000 and something to close the contract on number *** of which I cannot do that nonsense. Cell C must refer to the email I received from them on 14/04/2025 stating that the settlement amount is R1214. 46 of which I paid that amount on the 18/04/2025. Current premium will go off tomorrow the 23/04/2025 then close the contract Cell must fix this mess ASAP Contract account number ***
