Cell C is a Bad Service Provider
I rate Cell C as a poor service provider.
I started the settlement process in October 2025. It is now March 2026, and my credit bureau status has still not been updated. I am also still waiting for my paid-up letter.
You have to go through a lot of security questions and sometimes you do not pass. It seems that one does not pass once you get to the stage that you want to cancel a product.
The lack of urgency, communication, and accountability is unacceptable. Extremely disappointing service.

27 Feb 2026, 19:37Cell C promised this paid up and termination confirmation letter on 9 February and again yesterday and I followed up again today. Still waiting for the letter. My credit application is pending and they will throw it out if I do not provide the necessary proof in a few days. The joke is that I actually now have a credit at Cell C. I just want my letter please and you will never see or hear from me again
