cell c is a ****

I have paid cell c all their balance but it keeps on apprearing on my credit score as i still owe them. this is affecting my score, firstly there was a ****, they claimed that I have received the contract fone that i didnt know about then theres money that they said i owed and i decided to pay as it affected my credit score but it have not end.
