I bought a contract phone at mall of the north in polokwane.2 month later i went to the store to request settlement and they said i should pay for more than 32 000.00 which i did. The following month they deducted the money from my account and i reversed now jikijiki i am contacted by some lawyers called Shabirshaik and says i have to pay.

As per our records, the account *** has an outstanding amount of R1,709.02 for the September 2022 invoice (R1639.02) + R70 failed debit order penalty fee charged in November for the unsuccessful debit order. The contract was cancelled in September and the amount paid (R35687.80) did not include the September bill, it covered only the early cancellation fee billed in October.
