Cell C is ****!

I have had the worst customer service experience from Cell C. I contacted them 2 months ago to end my contract. I was assured that they have canceled it. I have been getting charged. I called again and spoke to an agent, apparently the cancelation department closes at 4 so he ended my call. I called today and was on the waiting line for over 10 min
