CELL C IS *******

I called Cell C customer care after they suspended my contract phone line to tell them I have paid, then sent them my proof of payment for the last 3months. my number is still suspended, they do not respond to emails. Clearly someone is not doing their job. this is so frustrating because it is not the first time having issues with Cell C not allocating my payments to my account, I use the same reference since all my payments are done via EFT. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND CELL C TO ANYONE ITS *******
