Cell C is ****
Stay as far away as possible from Cell C.
Regrettably, I have been a customer for 17 years...
They *****ed up my credit score with a ********** account, and after almost two years are still not able to fix it. I have now been waiting for 4 weeks for their Legal department to sort out their last mess.
They gave me a reference number. Earlier this week customer support was able to find the reference and have the correct person contact me. Now suddenly the reference number does not exist anymore. I asked customer support person to put me through to either a supervisor or manager... what does she do? She spitefully puts me on hold for 20 minutes.
This was this third call I made to customer support today. The other two calls were just put through to different departments (randomly I guess) and eventually ended up where you are supposed to rate the consultant, no assistance given.
Earlier this week the guy from legal phoned me back, lamenting about how many of them lost their jobs... guess what... you guys are so useless, I cannot believe you had your jobs for so long...

All I wanted was an update on progress like Derick gave me earlier.
What is worrying though is that the reference number I have has now disappeared from your system, and the attitude of the people answering the phone line are really going from bad to worse.
