I am so mad, before I left South Africa I called in to inform them that I was leaving and needed them to Activate international roaming for me, and they said they did, I am currently abroad with a SIM card that does not work

And when I sent an email they told me to call customer care how do I call customer service with a SIM card that has no reception,I can not Manage my finances nor connect with people that I work within South Africa . I’ve stayed with this network from High School my number is over 10 years. I have absolutely no reason to stay with such network that lets us down. If anyone has anything better to offer please do (***) any network
