Cell c IS *******

Cell c Send me a sms inform me that my debit order was rejected by my bank.I contact FNB and inform me my debit orders on both Cell c account was successfully deducted.I contact Cell C but they insisted that they did not received the money even I informed them what the bank feedback is.They can not give positive feedback
