Cell C is ****

On 8 November I took contract upgrade with Cell C, on the another consultant called to inform me that they captured new contract instead of contract upgrade. I therefore cancelled that contrat on that date. Cell C went ahead and deliver the phones to me, I contacted then to send a corrrier to pick up the parcel. On the 21st November RAM collected the phones sealed. In December Cell C debited an amouny of R824 for the phones which Ram collected. I contacted to quiry about unreversable debit which they have collected, they told me that they were going to investigate and revert back with 24 hours. They never called evn once .End of January they deducted R750, I contacted them providing them with the case number, their response was that they they could see that I cancelled the contract and comfirmed that phones were received but they were still investigating. Yesterday I received message stating that an amount of R721 is due end of January. Today I contacted them, they provided me a new case number, meaning I now have 2 case numbers for 1 incident. They told me that theyre still busy with the investigation and will contact me in 24 hours. Cell has never ever contacted me even once, Im the one who keep on calling them though its their *********** employee who processed wrong things. Their actions show that they dont even carry out the investigations theyre just lying to me. 4 months after contract has been rescinded but they are still deducting
