Cell C is ****

I am so upset. A contract was taken out in my name and i didn't sign for it. I called Cell C and the lady gave me an email *** and a reference number. i sent an affidavit and id copy to get the contract cancelled and the supposed signed contract to be sent to me, to date i have not received any response. Another debit has gone off my account for an even higher amount. I have been calling cell c and their retentions agents keep giving me different non-existent numbers until i requested to speak to a manager.Brian Tunyiswa took the call and gave me a forensics investigator's details. I still asked Brian to give me an email address for ***** because i wanted to see if it will be different from the one i originally sent the documents to. It took this "MANAGER" over 5 minutes of him beating around the bush and me shouting for him to give me the email ***. I asked him who the head of ***** was and he cut the call on me. I called again and requested to speak to Brian. I was told that he had gone home (mind you i called immediately after he cut the call) so i requested to speak to any other manager available. I waited for over 20mins for another manager who gave me email ***

Firstly their service is terrifyingly terrible. Cell C HAS PURPOSEFULLY TRAINED THE AGENTS TO LIE and send you pillar to post. I called the same department over 5 times and kept getting different numbers for *****, their managers gave me 2 different email for *****.

They made the communication channel indirectly non-existent so they can continue taking funds for a contract you didn't sign for while you try in vain to get hold of them.

I want the contract cancelled.
