CELL C irregular debit orders
I have been here before, complaining about EXACTLY the same thing and still NOTHING happens! My last complaint on Hello Peter was in April and yet nothing was fixed and they continue to either double debit me OR spontaneously decide on what they will deduct and now my other DO bounce. Cell C acts with absolute impunity and are utterly unreliable telecommunications *********s! A R299 contract attracts a R600+ deduction and a R1547 contract deducts double that! I have sent emails, called the call centre and escalated the issue but NOTHING! I expect an answer or you can come collect your devices and cancel this absurdity.

06 Sept 2021, 13:47I was double debited and have sent the full debit history along with a payment made by EFT (for the third time) that was never allocated! And now I still wait for my refund or confirmation that I will not be debited in September. No response in this regard from Cell C. I have FIVE accounts with you but still no effort to sort this ut or communicate your irregular debits from my account. I want all debits stopped and I will EFT each month.

28 Sept 2021, 08:47AND AGAIN I AM DEBITED DESPITE GETTING CONFIRMATION FROM THE PROOF OF PAYMENT DEPARTMENT THAT MY EFT MADE IN MARCH 2021 WAS FINALLY ALLOCATED! According to the call centre, this was not the case and I sit having to wait for Cell C to feel like refunding me! I have emailed Mosa Moloi and Thabiso Rupa (Thabiso this morning) after speaking to them at the call centre, the dispute department just cancels the ticket and carries on debiting my account at will! Cell C has until COB on Thursday to return my money or I will dispute this charge with my bank, and even go so far as to close the bank account they have details for and I will do cash deposits every month to avoid the blatant mismanagement, tardiness and impunity in respect of my account! Figure it out, I have other debits to pay and this only sets me back every month. I am a single mother and every cent matters.
Cell C, you can be certain that all FIVE of my accounts will NOT be renewed when the contracts expire! I have been with Vodacom for 20 years and NEVER experienced this! I will be moving! If there was the choice to select 0 stars I would! Your inefficiency is despicable!
