Cell C iPhone offer
Cell C had an offer on their website on Friday for iPhone XS at R0.00 for 24 months. I accepted but they refused to honour the offer. They did call me to say somebody from marketing would call me but until now no call received.
I have sent them screenshots and posted the same to their Facebook - no result!

04 Feb 2019, 13:26It was lady who confirmed my contact details - I did not record her name. She did say that the marketing department would contact me. I have just had a call from Lucky, the head of Customer Service, who told me that Cell C would not honour the offer as it was an error! It had been on your site from early in the morning and it was only removed mid-morning.
