Cell C ******ion of Money from customers: Overstated debit orders

I gave Cell C a notice of termination on my month to month contract on 4 December 2022 and at the end of December the debited my account just below triple of my normal agreed debit order account, I reversed the debit order and they handed me over to their collectors for R944 which I disputed and subsequently they listed me on the credit bereau for an overstated amount they demanded from me. It's now over 8 months since this and I still refused to pay, now in the month of August 2023 I'm contacted by thier new collector with the request to pay an amount of R442 which in my view is close to accurate. I have settled the account but I want to highlight how their ********* behavior of trying to ****** money out of me that I didn't owe them has impacted negatively on my credit score with absolutely no consequence for thier business, the loser in this whole ordeal is me even though I was bul**** by the Cell C. I will never have any association with this **** of a company, I will go to the ombudsman to report your ******* bullying behavior towards your customers while you ruin thier lives in the process. This is not the last you hear from me and I'm sure I'm not the only customer you did this to.
