CELL C INVOLVED IN *****!

I'm terribly so unsatisfied with cell c and I'm not even a client of them..still waiting for my money to be put back into my account. This is since August last year. How do you take money from a non client and not care to give it back? What kind of company does this. I have tried for months to get my money back and still nothing. I'm so horrified to know that cellc is doing nothing about this. Terrible service!!!
