Cell C Internet Cap Issue

I received my statement for the month of September and noticed that the charges on my R99 internet package was more than previous months. When I had a closer look, I noticed that my internet cap had been changed from R50 to R95.73. I then went to Cell C Woodlands, Pretoria, where Kulani was the Cell C employee to help me. Kulani then went on to my account and stated that on the 24th of September my internet cap had been changed from R50 - R100. I told her that I had never spoken to anyone at Cell C, nobody phoned me to increase my R50 Cap and I didn't phone Cell C. She then told me that I must have, because it has been changed on their system. After I denied authorising any change to my account as I had been on holiday and I had made or received no calls. Kulani then phoned Cell C's Customer Care Line and her words to them were: "The client changed her internet cap on the 24th, but now she said she did not!" The more I tried to explain to Kulani that I authorised or spoke to no one, the less she was willing to help me. She would rather chat to a colleague or answer the phone, turn her back on me and it seemed like it was inconvenient for her to help or talk to me. I asked her if she could change the internet cap back to the agreed R50. When she rep**** that she would rather not, as it might cause more confusion. Kulani said that the team leader was not there and only worked till 17h00, I would have to return the next day as they would have to request the recording of the call so they could confirm who it was that authorised the increase on the cap. I told her that I would not be able to be there before 17h00. She then took my details and stated that she would follow up with the team leader and let me know what the outcome of the call recording was and whether or not they would demand that I come in. I am very disappointed in the service from Cell C, I cancelled my contract after 10 years of good service from Vodacom because Cell C made a very appealing offer. I also signed on to their R99.00 5gb + 25gb night time special afterwards I was told that they did not have any more routers in stock which seems a little like false advertising but I ignored this and made no issue, sadly I have to now admit that Cell C and their staff do not pass muster when it comes to delivering the service they so advertise to have. I am considering changing my contract back to dependable old Vodacom.
