Cell C international roaming does not work.

Thank you Hellopeter for forcing Cell C to respond to my emails. Unfortunately, after a 5-minute flurry of activity, nothing has changed and a day later I still can't send sms's or phone. All the first agent did was to exonerate the original person who activated international roaming, calling the problem an "IT" problem, forwarding the problem to a black hole called the IT dept. The exact problem occurred in 2011, and at that time it was resolved within a day over the phone. To add insult to injury, after the first agent called me because I complained to Hellopeter, a second person phoned me, finally responding to my emails, be at long after the promised 24-48h response. So, after two international calls at my expense, my roaming still does not work properly. Using the App is not an option because I have not activated self service, but the fact that my profile data is so severely outdated in comparison to what should be on Cell C's system, does not inspire any confidence in the App. I have tried updating my profile three times, but the system simply reverts to the outdated profile. All in all, terrible customer service.
