Cell C Insure is terrible
I received an upgrade on my cellphone almost three weeks ago and have been calling Cell C Insurance since then. Every time I call, I hold for up to 15 minutes without an response from the Call Centre. Yesterday I finally got through and the Call Centre agent requested my details and I provided them to her. She then told me that \someone will call me back"I asked when"
