Cell C Insurance Worst insurance in the world!

I pay insurance every month for a very long time for Iphone 7. I have had a contract also for years and years. Now when my phone needs to be replaced, there is no stock of iphones and they cant tell me when there will be stock? They say they dont have this information. They are offering me another brand, however all my stuff is backed up on icloud and i use and apple computer. This is disgusting that I pay so much money for insurance, and they cant even give me an answer when they will have stock and dont want to!!! I am so angry and shocked at how terrible Cell C insurance is!!! Now when something happens to my phone they have an excuse that they are OUT OF STOCK and dont want to give me an iphone!
