Cell c insurance waiting 2 months to get my phone fixed

If i could give a 0 rating I would. I have had nothing but problems with Cell C the past 2 months, I sent my phone in for repairs on 27 December 2019 its already 12 February today, still didn't get my phone back. I have full insurance and paid R300 fee to fix the phone that was a month ago already, this is the worst service I have ever had! I would never suggest that someone take the insurance option from cell c! The service is pathetic to say the least.
