Cell C insurance sucks
Good Day, I have a contract with Cell C that I upgraded in Feb and insurance with them as well. My phone is broken and I have thus far sent everything for Cell C to claim. They now giving me the run around for me to get IMEI no and on the other hand where I should be getting the IMEI no apparently that is upgrade or Courier they telling me they cannot provide me with an IMEI no. I don't work for cell c and I do not know how everything is done but I don't appreciate them giving me the run around when it is time to claim where as they debit my account every month .
Please assist me, as I am very frustrated

I am still waiting for response from someone from Cell C to assist me, I am without a phone and I am a good payer with Cell C for them to give you a run around when they have to assist and pay up..
I have a good mind of stopping the Debit order, As for the bad credit I don't give a **** because I am tired of Cell C and have been through hell to worry about bad credit from Cell C. This is pathetic
