Cell C insurance still waiting for you to process my claim

<p>This is frustrating... I submitted a claim at the Cell C in Lakeside Mall on the 24/06/2016. I submitted all the documents they requested and was told that they will get back to me. After a month and two weeks not hearing from them, I went to the store again on the 04/08/2016. I was asked to re-submitt the documents as they dont know what happened. In the mean time they have debited my account in June and July while I dont have a phone. Today the 09/08/2016 I still haven't heard from them. Am I going to spend another month without a phone???</p>
