Cell C insurance ****s

Cell C and C surence have no regard for their customers. I upgraded my contract with them and did not want and take device insurance, Cell C and C surance included their insurance without my concern. Now I have been calling and emailing to get my account premium corrected my funds to be reversed and they continuously keep sending me on a goose chase back and forth between Cell C agents and C surence agents while my account is still on a bad status and they don't even want to assist. Neither Cell or C surence want to take responsibly and they both say they wont assist but they both say they have proof that I did not take insurance in a form of a phone call conversation but insist that they still have to investigate before refunding me.
