Cell c Insurance ******* what's new

Well once again a loyal Cell C customer who renewed my contract ,my apologies 3 contracts going on 5 years all devices insured . No outstanding payments . All 3 contracts up to date . Apparently the device is not insured its the number . How ever I pay device insurance , Sim card insurance I even have Cell C assist. Wich by the way I have attempted to use with no joy just like my insurance . The device is damaged but because I use a pay as you go card in the phone to limit my son's usage and used the contact number in my old phone for my wife to use the claim has been sent for review. My phone has now been at the repair centre for three weeks . No correspondence not even sorry you fell for our **** from the insurer. This is the biggest load of nonsense I have ever heard. I would sincerely like to advise all cell c customers who are thinking of joining cell c to really read all the fine print as the under writer Hollard insurance really have all the angles covered to refute claims yet will gladly take your monthly payments with no trouble at all. I think as a consumer I would strongly advise all Cell C customers to reconsider the insurance option as the loop holes for non payment. Personally I think it's all a **** to take your money and get a swift kick as soon as you need to claim. I would never advise any person to go with Cell C insurance as in my opinion it's all a rouge
