CELL C Insurance refuse to assist me.

Cell C overcharged me 4 times on my insurance and I went and reversed it, they then cancelled my insurance with them after I told them that I don't want to cancel and was willing to pay the difference, they told me to take up new insurance and I refused as they wanted me to pay a pro rata. It was their system that was faulty and now I have to suffer. BAD service indeed, she doesn't care about customer satisfaction.
