CELL C insurance poor service

<p>i was told that my phone was going to take only 2 to 3 weeks for repair, but its been a month now . i have been trying to call the insurance but no response since monday. it is VERY frustrating !!!!!! this is not what im paying for. they just dont care about their customers now im gonna be paying for the phone that i did not even use.</p>
