Cell C insurance pathetic service

I payed the access amount of my lost device on the 29th Oct 2020.I made a follow up last week thursday and got told the warehouse was on strike i must expect my device this week.I made another follow up today only to be told my device got delivered in some store in Eastern Cape and that store is closed for some reason.How much longer must i wait for my device this is pathetic i payed every month for my device insurance to be treated like this.Now they dont know when will i get my device.I'm taking this terrible review to hellopeter.My track ID is 630391
