Cell C insurance not replacing my device
I have a contract and i was paying my contract and insurance. After loosing my phone a box they didn't want to approve my claim. I got all the IME number they were asking for and they still didn't give me what was due to me. Paying for an insurance and not get what you've been paying for is not cool. I send all the documents and affidavit they requested but still they are giving me problems. can anyone assist me. Cell C insurance is robbing us and it not fair
