Cell C Insurance not Paying at all

My phone device is Insured with Cell c Insurance for the past 20 month no unpaid premium. But I submitted a claim till today nothing happens and no solid reason. They say Sim card was not in the phone but the phone use dual sim and they only provided 1 sim card...where do they think the other Sim card will come from.

Till today claim not paid out and they busy phoning us for an Upgrade becase this month is the last payment then we close the sh***ty contract.

Worse Insurance ever....going back to MTN
