CELL C Insurance - NO SERVICE OVER 18 DAYS!

I lost a phone on the 12th of June. firstly, cell c took 5 days to blacklist it because apparently they were having errors on the system trying to blacklist it. that was the 1st delay. then, i eventually get the ITC Ref, log the case and send it to them - firstly, there are NO CORRECT DETAILS to reach their insurance on the internet, the ones on the cell c site are WRONG!!! then, i finally got the claim approved, payed the access immediately that morning, then they said they are ordering a phone and sending it to my nearest cell c shop for collection - IM STILL WAITING!!! its 18 days later, i still dont have a phone - im so so so upset and annoyed, i WANT A PHONE TODAY!!! im on the lin holding for finrite for 54 minutes now! the Cell C service is so bad its unheard of... someone must contact me IMMEDIATELY! *** or ***
