Cell C insurance no response

I do not understand why cell c has not given me any feedback to the insurance claim I placed last month. I went to a Cell c store to fill out the claim form. The form and other documents were emailed to the cell c team. I emailed the claim form to the cell c team again with no response. I tried to call the call center and nobody picks up. I do not think it is acceptable not even acknowledge that they have received the forms. All I ask is for some sort of feedback.
