cell c insurance its a ripoff

I lost my phone on the 11 November 2014 and I claim for it and was told that they are investigating my claim n it will take 2 to 3 weeks for the outcome,its now 3 month and I haven't received a phone they still taking money from my account when I called them was told to call once a week for the feedback.i truelly need a phone and they not helping the only thing that they good at is taking money from my account.
