Cell C insurance is the worst
I have a very bad experience with Cell C's insurance I took my phone in on the 13th February 2021 for Screen repairs.. the consultant gave me the insurance number to call on Monday for the access fee..I called Monday they say it hasnt arrived as yet at the repair depo and I was advised to call Wednesday. I do so and then they tell me no you're account is suspended for 21days how even I didn't even do anything for it to be suspended I was then told it will be resolved in 3 hours I then called today the first agent then placed me hold for 8 minutes before hanging up on me. I then called again just to be placed on hold for 20mins still no assistance I am so fed up with this insurance You pay for the service why can you guys not deliver This is my first claim how can I be suspended just because I'm requesting an access fee as I need my phone asap No value for money

I am still waiting for any feedback from them
Ive sent the hand written motivational letter last month to them but still no response.
At this stage I'm just not gonna make use of these pathetic insurance.
I sent my phone in almost 2 months ago
What if something happens to it while it's in their possession.
They can't even type out professional emails.
They are an *********** insurance

I gave them the documents they required last month in February ..still they say theyre awaiting feedback..Ive been following up with them I just get told they awaiting feedback.
