Cell C Insurance Is Pathetic

Cell C insurance is the biggest waste of time and money on the market. I do not advise that ANYONE takes insurance on their devices from Cell C. I have been a Cell C customer since around 2014, currently I have 12 active contracts with these charlatans, and I am very unhappy. After submitting a phone for repair, it was accepted (After a fight) and I paid the excess, in November 2021, now when I phone no one can help me, I am told that my claim is not yet approved and no one knows where the phone is!!!! When I get upset THEY HANG UP ON ME, yes they HANG UP ON ME. I will be taking my business elsewhere once the contracts are finished. I don't have time to deal with such an unprofessional and unhelpful company. DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE FROM THESE *****!!!!!!!!
