Cell c Insurance is pathetic

Been paying for 5 years on insurance with cell c!! Its been an absolute nightmare. Its taken 2 weeks just for a quote for repairs to be approved?? No I get told I have to pay an excess fee of R1200 when I have never even claimed?? The repairs are R15 000, yet my phone new is R18 000!! They won't just simply send me a new device, now I have to wait another 14 days for repairs!! Its absolutely ridiculous that after 5 years of paying I have to wait 5 weeks for a repaired phone when they can simply just replace the device!!
