Cell C Insurance is nonsense!!

I claimed for my cell phone as it got ******. I made payment on the 8 July 2015 and the agent told me that she would send me a tracking number and the name of the person that I should collect the phone from on 10 July 2015. I then sent a email requesting the details of the progress of my cell phone and no response was sent. I sent another email today and still she has not responded. I call the call center everyday and I do not get through. I wait for more that 45min with no answer.<br> <br> I made payment to receive a cell phone and I have no feedback from anybody. could somebody please contact me immediately as I would like to know what is going on with regards to my phone.<br> <br> I am utterly disappointed and am considering cancelling both of my contracts with Cell C id this is how they treat customers.
