Cell C Insurance is a ****. Avoid at all costs

I have had multiple Cell C contracts over the years, however, they were all through third party companies. 2 years back decided to take a direct contract with Cell C and its been a nightmare. My phone recently fell and cracked the screen. First I get a run around with them trying to send me to Huawei but also failing to provide me with my contract documents. Next there are giving me grief about my claim telling me my Cell C sim card was not in the phone since June. Hell there can't even tell me how my Cell C sim card was being used as it was in that phone. To make it worse, I insured the device and there was no contract saying I can't remove my cell c sim card. Its most likely one of their gimmicks to avoid claims. When my sim was in that phone when it broke and I am prepared to take legal action against these vultures. More so I am porting all our others numbers from Cell C, will do the same with this and will never use their service again. Very disappointed in them
