Cell c insurance horrible service.. blatantly **** to me.

I am so fed up with Cell C. I have a contract and insurance with cell c on my device. I lodged a claim for my cracked phone and send my device in to be assessed. It took them 3 weeks to just approve the claim. I then send through the proof of paymen for the excess and Cell C sent me an email starting that they have recieved the pop and have sent it through to the repaid center. A week later I find out that cell c insurance had in fact NOT sent it to the repair center so they have not even started working on my phone. This is now almost a month of them having my phone. Then eventually spoke to another agent and they aadvised that they sent through the payment to the repair center. But will take another 21 working days to repair my phone. This would be almost 2 months that they will have my phone. The 2 people that confirmed that the POP was sent obviously **** to me. I have the proof where they said it was sent and I have the proof where one lady told me no it wasn't sent. Lying to you customers??? I will be cancelling my insurance with cell. C and will also be advising all my family member insured with cell c to cancel too as the Cell c insurance department lie and dont care.. my phone better be pushed to the front of the line and handled with urgency!!! I need my phone work and make money!!!! Absolutely appalling service
