Cell C Insurance ****

Appalling service I received from one of the CSurance agents on Friday the 12th of January. I went to Cell C shop in Sandton to handover my device which cracked the screen in December. Here I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Stanwin, he checked in my phone and when he was done he called Csurance only to be told by Amanda Xaba that there phone show no usage of my number, I spoke to her and she was adamant that they are rejecting the claim based on the fact that the sim card registered is not the one which was on the phone. I find this absurd that technicalities and desperation attempts are being used to rejects customers claims, after this claim I’ll be terminating my policy with you, there are better insurance houses than this Csuarnce. I would like to say thank you to Stanwin who came to the rescue and showed professionalism and knowledge of what his work entails. when you respond please forward me
