Cell C insurance company is disgusting!!!!

I insured my device with them and unfortunetely my phone got ****** after a month.I put the claims through in January and up until today I haven't received any feed back from them , the consultants at the cell c branch in ballito have been trying to assist me but even they can't get through to them.They keep promising to call me back but they never do.I am sick and tired of playing hide and seek with them. Taking their insurance was the biggest mistake I ever made, they are very quick when it comes to signing up people but but have the worst customer service ever!!! I'm am so disgusted with their service.
