Cell C insurance claim

I have logged an insurance claim with Cell C 2 weeks ago and still cannot get feedback regarding my claim. I sent this claim on 19th October. Two weeks later and still nothing..

Buyisile has been assisting me but she too is not winning with the Cell Insurance department. She has actually been following up and trying to get help where she could, despite it not being her department. Thank you Buyisile for your assistance. If only others can be as helpful as you.
