Cell C Insurance and Repair Centre

Good Day, my phone was send in for repairs at the Cell C repair Centre I received the quote and I paid the excess of R500.00 immediately upon the request from Cell C insurance they initially told me that it will take 7 to 14 working days to get my phone fixed but every time I am phoning the repair center they are awaiting part on the phone and they do not know when they going to receive the parts. The initial time have been shifted to 14 to 21 days now and we closing in on this time line also. Can someone please let me know when will I get my phone back please, because no manager at Cell C are willing to give you a call, this is very frustrating. But when the 25th of every month arrives Cell C need their money. CCD***861238. I am really sick of apologies I need my phone please, or replace my device.
