Cell C Insurance

My cell phone was booked into Cell C clearwater Mall for damages 2 weeks ago. Firstly there was a problem with my Driver’s Licence and they want only ID which was done, Then a problem with my IMIE number, They want the one on the box, which was done Now there’s a problem with the insurance, and been sent to the Underwriters

As none of the above issues are of my concern

Where do I follow up and make a excess payment so my phone can be fixed?
