Cell C Insurance

Good day

Please help , on December 2019 I lost my phone that was insured with cell c insurance. Phone was blacklisted and reported to the police there after claim was processed through cell c mafikeng just after 2 days they told me that the claim is with underwriters because sim card was changed., as a loyal customer to them they can't even tell me how long I should wait because what's annoying me is that it's been a month now waiting and every month I'm paying them but I'm sitting with no phone while they told me insurance will help me within 7 days to get the phone .

Can they please tell their underwriters I'm losing my patiences now because I insured my phone with them not underwriters.
