Hi i have sent a device claim regarding my phone via cell C insurance ticket 470039 on the 31/05/2022 at till today 08/06/2022 iv been told its still under review it will be 2 week without a phone very frustrated

10 Jun 2022, 10:58After complaining to Hello Peter then i received a mail with my excess fee and i did an impediment payment on the 08/06/2022 now im being told that i could get my phone in 5 to 7 working days, This is the most frustrating thing ever
