Cell C Insurance *****

Your only replying and calling me after this Hello Peter review, yesterday Cell C said they will call me back but still no call, why would Cell C insure say they have to email Hollard to reinstate my policy when i was never notified that my policy will be canceled and after i paid for insurance! this is was Cell C Insure does once i have a claim, cancel my policy, do not use Cell C insure cause they will not honor your claim!

I have 2 contracts with Cell C, took out insurance which was paid for every month, this morning i called Cell C customer service where they confirmed i have insurance, i called Cell C Insure( 9 times) which is underwritten by Holllard Insurance Company only to find out i don't have insurance and they wont be honoring my claim. After i spoke to 2 manager, 8 consultants where Tabile is one of the consultants said they must first email Hollard to get my policy reinstated. I mean how can Cell C or Cell C insure make me pay for insurance and then cancel my insurance without even notifying me and not honoring my claim.THAT IS INSURANCE *****. Still no one has solved my issue!!!

Eventually i got a hold of Boitumelo yesterday afternoon as Cell C Insure will not resolve your problem due to their dishonesty if you don't call them, Boitumelu promised to call me by 8:30 this morning, still no call back then i called Cell C Insure and asked for Boitumelo where they said she is not available. That's pathetic!

4 Days and nithung resolved, no call from them unless you call them

I have been waiting for 4 days!!! No one need to can back as i have reported this to the consumer council!

They said they will call me yesterday which they did, they will call me this morning before 8:30 and they didn't, then i called again where they will call me by 11, still no calls
