Cell c insurance

<p>I Have been on the phone for 3 days with C Insurance on there contact number ********** holding on for 6-7 hours without any answer just the recording saying we are experiences high call volumes please hold on with annoying music play ing , now holding on for 6 to 8 hours without getting trough to a consultant is disqusting and very bad service i can understand if you have alot of calls on one time but for an number of hours without getting trough ... </p> <p> </p> <p>What is also disturbing i have only found out 3 days ago that my insurance is now with c insurance as they have taken over from Finrite without letting me know no email ,sms no corrospondence nothing </p>
