Cell C insurance

<p>I lost my phone is April and called Cell-C to block the number, opened a case and submitted all the documents needed. I was requested to call C-surance number but there was never a response. I tried to also email them and faxed but still no respose. The sad part is my account still gets debited every month. This is unacceptable!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Sheila </p>
