Cell C Insurance

<p>I have a problem with CellC CSurance Mobile Equipment. on the 08 March 2017 my phone was ****** and I reported the matter at the Police station i open a case at the sametime I called CellC to block my Phone and I told them my phone was ****** they asked me at Cellc if I did report the matter I said yes then they told me to call my insurance and I did they asked me if I can send the case no. and my Id and a proof of payment which i did sent the documents to them and they told me that it will take 8days. i called then after 8days on the 26/04/2017 told me to send the Affidavit after they said to me i must choose the phone that I want and I asked them why they request the Affidave now but on the form that they give me stating that the case number must be provided they said it's their mistake they forget to tell me and they will not put me on a waiting period at least after 3day i will receive my phone. since on the 2nd I've been waiting for the phone till now i didn't receive it I've been calling their number ********** 007 no answer it's almost 3months now no answer no call from them. please Perer help me. </p>
